Warren has owned and invested in real estate since 1978, when he worked as a Federal investigator in the Northeast. Realizing property values were rapidly escalating, I bought and sold properties (sometimes in a matter of weeks) until another transfer took me to New York City.
There he worked on Wall Street for eight years until relocating to Sarasota, Florida in 1989. For several years Warren worked for a downtown Sarasota public accounting firm and earned his Certified Public Accountant designation out of the State of Georgia. However, his true love was always real estate so he entered the Sarasota real estate market full time as a REALTOR.
